The TL series telescopic cylinders are linear actuators with a stroke that is longer than the overall dimensions of the completely closed cylinder. The design concept is that of several cylinders in one; selection is effected as a function of final stage pushing force (the bore of the smallest cylinder). AIRON supplies the TLBD and TLTD versions (2 and 3 extensions respectively) both of the double-action type. The TLBD version can also be supplied with a pushing force equivalent to that of a cylinder with a 32 or 50 mm bore while for the TLTD version pushing forces are equivalent to cylinders with a 20 or 32 mm bore.
