• The Website presents the Company's pneumatic and hydraulic products, services, projects and technical documents, receives quotation requests and accepts hose assembly orders.
• Technical data, dimensions, images and CAD files are for information purposes. The Company may make technical changes without notice; binding values are those in the quotation or order confirmation.
• Catalogue pages and quote cart requests do not constitute an offer or an order. A sale is concluded only upon acceptance of a quotation issued by the Company.
• Orders placed through the hose configurator are additionally subject to the Pre-Contract Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation, Return and Warranty Terms (available in Turkish).

3. Using the hose configurator

• The configurator checks compatibility of the selected hose, size, length, fittings and guards against catalogue data, blocks incompatible combinations and warns about issues such as minimum bend radius.
• Determining the working pressure, pressure peaks, fluid, temperature range and environmental conditions of the application and the suitability of the selection is the user's responsibility. Please consult our technical team where needed.
• Hose assemblies must be installed by competent personnel in accordance with ISO 4413 and the manufacturer's instructions, and replaced at the end of the recommended service life (6 years) or when defects are found during inspections.
• Prices and due dates are calculated from catalogue prices, workshop capacity and business days at the time of the order. The Company may cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or system errors and refund any amounts paid.

4. User obligations

You agree to provide accurate information; not to use the Website unlawfully; not to collect content with automated tools or overload the Website; not to perform security scans or attempt unauthorised access without written permission; not to upload malicious files or create fake orders; and not to submit content infringing third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, drawings, technical documents, CAD files, software and designs on the Website belong to the Company or its licensors under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property. Technical documents and CAD files may be used only for selecting, designing with and installing Company products; resale or republication is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The Company takes reasonable care to keep the Website available and accurate but is not liable for interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, cyber attacks or events beyond its control, nor for product selections made without technical approval from the Company. Except for intent and gross negligence and subject to mandatory law, liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage. Consumer rights under Law No. 6502 remain reserved.
